The elective here introduces the student to common principles and processes we apply in an IT operation and Support environment, and enables you to work in an IT organization with operation / support as the primary function.Knowledge
The purpose is to introduce the student to the tools and processes used in the IT organization's operation and support.
The introduction will aim to give the student an understanding of tools and processes, as well as skills and competencies that make it possible to familiarize themselves with an organization's structure and apply its knowledge and further develop the organization's maturity
After completing this elective, you will have a general knowledge of how an IT organization is composed and how it serves the rest of the organization. Including knowledge of processes, hardware, configuration principles, service agreements, operating agreements, building a service center, setting up management of networks and network componentsSkills

The form of teaching is a combination of teaching, exercises and presentations from external professionals.
The teachers will primarily give examples from practical experiences and cases, and apply models and best practices that are used today. There will be exercises along the way to suit the topic.
